U*Neaks review and giveaway

I have found the coolest most versatile shoes for miss Taylor. I love to have my little girls outfits match her shoes. She's my mini fashionista! U*Neaks carry simply styled shoes that have a clear plastic window on both of the sides so that the adorable socks can peek thru. This mama was thrilled beyond belief that one pair of shoes can have so many different looks with the double sided funky socks that you wear with them. Taylor had the opportunity to review the pink and white Boomerang shoe and couple pairs of the super cute ankle socks. As soon as we opened the box Tay is yelling at the top her her lungs "My new shoesies and sockies!!!" She was so excited! Of course she had to have them on right away. I don't think I even had every thing out of the box yet before her current shoes and socks went flying off. The first socks she wore were the Madagascar gloria ankle sock and that was because we just watched the movie for the first time a few nights before. My 2 year old was absolutely amazed by the windows in her shoes. It was quite a site to see her sitting on the floor trying to pull her foot up as close as possible to her face. Taylor has worn her U*Neaks just about every day since we got them. They are great for outdoor play and since I've had no complaints I'd say they are rather confortable as well. I KNOW those socks must be comfortable as well, they are very thick and obviously well made. All in alll, mom loves them and so does the kiddo.

U*neaks patented customizable footwear are sneaker style shoes with side clear panel windows and specially designed socks that allow kids to continuously customize their shoes by simply changing their socks. U*neaks brand of customizable footwear was created by Ingenuity Express Corp. in Somerset, NJ. The footwear concept was invented and developed by company founders Steve Braynock and Jeff Gabriele, Ingenuity Express's CEO. Both Rutgers University alum, Steve Braynock, came up with the product concept in 1990 and shared it with Jeff in 2003. Together they developed U*neaks, which included a collaboration with the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in Manhattan, N.Y. On September 9th, 2008 Steve and Jeff were awarded patent number 7,421,806 for their customizable footwear system.
