I know I haven't mentioned it here yet but I started a low cal diet this week. Yay me! I'm sticking to right around 1300 hundred calories a day and so far so good. Most of my snacks that I had here did not fit into this new eating plan of mine. My BlogSpark gave me the opprtunity to try out some very delicious Chex mix bars (Turtle). When I first recieved the boxes I was a bit skeptical to taste them since I'm not a huge fan of peanuts. Peanuts along with pretzels, chocolate, caramel covered corn pieces and wheat Chex pieces. After seeing that they only have 130 calories per bar I had to try them out. Surprisingly they are delicious! I love the salty, sweet, chocolately taste of them and I don't even taste the peanuts too much. Its a perfect little snack for me. I am dying to try out the Chocolate Chunk flavor that they also carry.

Mine is pretty lame... but when I get home I wind down by relaxing on the computer and going through emails! LOL! When I really need to wind down and relax, I take a nice hot bath, for about an hour. We all know that feeling!

Nothing defines unwind as well as a good glass of wine after a long and stressful day!
