Fiber One review and giveaway

Thanks to MyBlogSpark I was given the opportunity to review some delicious Fiber One yogurt along with a great "Healthy & Fit Weight Management" gift bag. I go back and forth with the whole diet thing and just recently I have started eating yogurt with Tay since it's her absolute favorite snack. It's nice to have a low cal option that tastes just as great as the regular stuff. Each cup has a mere 50 calories and 5 grams of fiber (20 percent of the Recommended Daily Value). It is also a good source of calcium and vitamins A and D, making this an all-around great choice for dieters and those watching their weight. Definetly a much healthier option for me as apposed to say brownies, which are a personal favorite of mine. Sigh....

Yoplait's Fiber One yogurt comes a variety of flavors including, Strawberry, Peach, Vanilla and Key Lime Pie. I am all over the vanilla! Its my absolute favorite! It's creamy, delicious and just as good as the regular brand minus the calories!

My guilty snacking pleasure is probably homemade choco chip cookies - we love to bake them at my house. I really need to cut down on portion sizes to lose weight but I always try to eat a healthy breakfast to start the day. I love low-fat vanilla yogurt with fresh berries and granola.

My guilty snacking pleasure is Oreo cookies with vanilla ice cream.


I manage my weight by talking an hour long walk everyday. And if I happen to over do it on snacking I tend to walk a little longer.

The only diet secret I can give is eat what you want just dont over do it. Eat 1 peice of pizza not 5.

My guilty pleasure is ice cream! I love any and all of it! I try and manage my weight by eating fruit everyday. When I want something sweet I grab some grapes or an apple. I also like the 100 calorie bags of popcorn they are very filling. My diet secret is to watch your portion size and eat everything in moderation. Thanks-amied027@yahoo.com

Ramen at late night is my guilty snacking pleasure. I watch calories to manage my weight. Diet secret is not to eat after 5 pm.

My guilty snacking pleasure is popcorn. I was brought up to believe you should always eat a hot meal for dinner. After college, I used to eat popcorn for dinner frequently :-)

i'm in love with Snacking on Top Ramen noodles.
VERRRY high in Sodium
but they manage to find a place in my cupboard anyhow--

I love Chocolate Chip Cookies freshly baked! Yum! I try to have healthy snacks through the day to manage my weight like apples, orange, almonds, carrots, etc.

Guilty snacking pleasure - I love iced coffee...
Diet secret - I don't drink soda, limit my sweetened ice coffee treats & usually just have black coffee over ice with a splash of milk
I also manage my weight by limiting sweets, drinking lots of water & walking

My guilty snacking pleasure is buttery popcorn. Ymmmm. I haven't been very good at managing my weight which is why I could really use this. I have started walking and cutting out the high fat and calories. No more snacking on a regular basis.

My guilty snacking pleasure is definately chocolate. To manage my weight I try to eat lots of veggies, since if I'm full I'm less likely to indulge. I don't really have any diet secrets, I wish I did. I think the secret is to not eat fattening things, and that is hardly a revelation to anyone.

My guilty pleasure is chips and homemade queso dip. I'm pregnant, so not really managing my weight at the moment (it's all baby, right?), but my diet secrets are to drink water with meals and eat smaller portions!

My guilty snacking pleasure is chocolate covered raisins. I manage my weight by always thinking about what's good/not good for me to eat and fitting exercise into my schedule (even if only for a short period of time)! My diet secret is to stay out of the kitchen if I'm not hungry, not go grocery shopping when I'm hungry and fit exercise into my schedule.

My guilty pleasure snack is really good quality ice cream. I keep healthy snacks available and in my line of sight (on the counter, towards the front of the fridge) to eat better and manage my weight. One diet secret I have is to try to skip foods with a high glycemic load like bread, pancakes, and other high-carb, low in nutrient foods.

Cheesecake of any kind.

Eat alot of fiber and stay away from the trans fats and saturated fats

When I feel hungry to help stay fool instead of going crazy in the fridge I take a handful of nuts. It usually helps satisfy without all the guilty pleasure.

To manage my weight I cut out a lot of energy drinks, sodas, and juices. The worst was iced tea because I would drink mostly that during the day. I replaced them with flavored waters and I've already lost 6 pounds, I was amazed at how many calories I was taking in through beverages.

I love jelly bellys! And popcorn, but not together. But I do love the buttered popcorn flavor of jelly belly!

I don't manage my weight. Too many other things to stress over.

When I seriously diet, writing down everything I eat is a wonderful help. I won't cheat by not writing stuff down, so it's there in black and white!
